Reviews and Ratings
The hotel really felt like home to us, with large and comfortable rooms and super spacious bathrooms. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly and enjoyed a great shower. However, it would have been better if the room was not assigned based on loyalty points, which made us wonder about the room quality. The location was fabulous, with a wine bar, a great restaurant, and plenty of nearby attractions within a short walk. In terms of dining, the rooftop restaurant was a highlight, although prices were a bit high per person. The facilities were top-notch, enhancing our overall stay.
My stay at the hotel was truly fabulous! The rooms were not prepared to be feather-free, but the large bathroom made up for it, and having a small refrigerator was perfect for keeping drinks and snacks. The service truly set this place apart with its marble interiors, art galleries, and insanely comfortable bed. The location was convenient for exploring Charleston, and the dining options were top-notch.
I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were super comfortable with a great mix of antique and modern pieces, plus the enormous showers were a nice touch. However, the service, except for Bonita from the wait staff, was a bit lacking. The location was excellent for attending Spoleto events and exploring the main attractions by foot. The dining options were not impressive, but the facilities overall were good.
